Very cute Grammar mistake note

Saw this cute little note pasted on a cabinet, so full of grammar mistakes haha, very like me.
This is the cabinet the note was pasted on. Wonder what is precious inside that they need to paste a warning note on it haha.
And this is the note with grammar mistakes. I think it should have been……
“The contents in the box belongs to our company’s property.
No person shall without permission take out the contents.
The law breaker will be handed over to the police.”
…….something like that…………
But actually, it was just in the middle of a footpath, with no shops nearby it, so you don’t even know which is the company it’s refering to, no names, nothing.
