Man seeks “sexual thrill” and died 3 days later

From today’s paper:
A 77 years old man wants to seek “thrill” and thus inserted his “thing” into a 1.5 litres plastic bottle.
After a while, due to a blood clot, the part inside the bottle becomes swollen and he was unable to take it out.
He was too “shy” to seek medical help, so he tried all ways of removing it, such as using soap to lubricate it.
He later cut off the bottle body, only left with a small portion still stuck on his “thing”.
After a week of trying to take it out, his “there” is now full of injuries and bruises. He finally went to see a doctor.
He lied to the doctor at first as he was embarrassed to admit his mistake. After much probing, he then tell the truth.
The doctor removed the bottle part through a minor operation.
The man thought everything is ok now, but within the next 3 days, he encounter urinal problems, and within a short period, he urines out 5.2 litres of water.
So due to his old age, he also had a heart problem and the massive loss of water fluid, he died on the 3rd day.
