School Bully from NYJC

He is a student from Nanyang JC.
It seems he and a group of friends recorded a video of them bullying a student and caling him names.
They then probably loaded up the video onto facebook and even commented he wants the head of that student as a present.
The whole thing sounded so evil and violent, it created a stir both on Facebook and STOMP.
And it seems after this bully knows that the matter has got out of hand, he went to the principal room and apologize and said everything was emant as a “joke”.
Joke or real, only he himself knows best.
