Man Brutally killed Dog with brick!

However, this is truly what happens as being snapped by someone of this man brutally kicking and hitting the dog with a brick, which had probably just got in his way. Why did the person just film him and did not stop him at all, there also seem to be another uncle on a bicycle who saw it, why did not anyone stopped him!
By the way, the video was taken probably more than a year ago.
Seriously, watching this video, this is really cruel! That man was really cruel! The dog was still moving, it was struggling. It probably wanted to stand up and run away from him, but the man kept hitting him! Why nobody stopped him! Why didn’t the videoman went down and stopped him! Did he think it was nice taking the video and watch the poor dog being killed! That dog looks so cute and yet so helpless! Just listening to the screams of the dog really pains our heart !

Many dogs carry rabies and other viruses that have gone unchecked in China, as sad as this was, citizens have to get rid of stray animals, it clearly did not belong to anyone (no tags etc).
