20,000 dogs killed in China

When you hear that 20,000 dogs were killed, you probably thought it was cruel.
But then they were killed because these dogs have been spreading rabies, causing about 2000 people to die every year.
But on the other hand, all these dogs that were killed were dogs that run wild on the streets and were probably not owned by people. And it is not clear of all the killed dogs have rabies, they just kill all wild dogs on sight.
While we may pity the poor dogs, but then rabies is also a problem here……………..

You are an idiot if you think that clubbing animals is an effective means of rabies control. Are your people really that ignorant and primitive?
