Allow for same sex couple adoption, or else close down adoption service

A Catholic adoption services which refuse to let same sex couples adopt children brings their case to court.
However, the judge close the case by ruling that they are not to discriminate and allow same sex couples to adopt kids, or they can chose to close down their adoption services.
And one such strict Catholic service had commented they are likely going to close down their service. In its appeal, the Catholic Care Charity said that “the rights to discriminate against homosexual couples is a principle of the Catholic organisation”.
