A story about half boiled eggs

    By Ms Chor Lor | July 5, 2009 | 259 views

    Came across a news.

Some customers bought half boiled eggs and other stuffs from a stall. They did not touch and eat the eggs. So the stall assistant brings the eggs back, saying he will full boiled them later. In fact, it was unclear whether did this staff say that he will resell the egg to other customers, or he will cook it and eat himself.

But he was already complained by a witness and was dealt with by the manager already.

Actually, if he really reuse the egg to sell again, will you find it unhygienic? After all, the egg is not broken yet and untouch. So by reboiling it or cooking it again, even if to resell, will you find it unhygienic and don’t dare to eat?

Seriously, I think that is still ok for me. Since it is not broken yet, still can be eaten, why not? Instead of wasting it and throw it away, and when eggs are expensive now.

    What’s your views?

Of course, if talking in terms of NEA, I doubt they allow such a thing to happen as well.
