Women about to give birth told by doctor she just needed a toilet. Her baby died…..

This is such a sad tragedy !
A woman who is almost prematurely giving birth goes into pain. But the doctor said she probably ate something wrong and just needed the toilet.
She had been in hospital after a abdominal pain. No one was keeping a close watch on her when the heart readings clearly showed that something was wrong with the baby.
It was only one and a half hour later when an emergency caesarean was finally done on her. By then the baby had already suffered brain damage and is considered brain dead.
But the doctor did not told her about it until 5 days later! The parents spent another last 4 days with the baby before they decided to let her go. This is so devastating to the parents as they are already in their 40s and they had been trying for a baby for 6 years!
And after a law fight of 4 long years, it was only then did the hospital admitted it was their fault. They were asked to compensate the couple about Sing $320,000 over.
It was reported that if the doctors had taken action earlier, the baby would have survived!
