Why no Kumar ?

Watching the documentary talking about the planning of the whole APEC, I wonder why they do not have local talents like Kumar or PCK.
Since it is showcasing Singapore, then we should at least have some local taste as well right? Ok, maybe because they don’t want to showcase Singlish.
If not I’m sure Kumar or PCK would definitely make a good laugh.
If I decide, I would put on a cabaret show by my transgender perfomers !
