Woman attacked by chimp lost her whole face

In February, a woman was helping her friend restrain her pet chimp which has sort of gone wild. Unfortunately, she got attacked by the chimp suddenly. Her face was ‘ripped’ off by the chimp, leaving her face disfigured with severe injuries.
She lost her eyes and almost the whole of her face, she lost her fingers. Months later today, she reveals herself and speak for the first time on the Oprah Show.
