New touchscreen gadget right on your arm !

Developers at the Microsoft Research and Carnegie Mellon University are currently developing a touchscreen gadget that works right on your own arm.
It looks like an armband thing that you wore on your arm. The touchscreen will be display on your arm, and you can simply click them with your fingers or by little movements such as shaking your hands or fingers.
I think it will be connected to whatever audio or phone device you are using, then you can chose to play music, make phonecall or even play game with it.
If it is successful, they said we may get to see such gadgets within the next 5 years!
