An Australian legend? Speed at 111mph to see the ghost!

    By Ms Chor Lor | August 19, 2010 | 490 views

There has been a legend, myth spreading in an Australian town. New drivers, sort of like our P plate drivers who speed up to 111mph on this certain unlit lane will invoke the ghost of a dead cyclist and get to see the ghost, known as the “Lemon Tree Passage Ghost”.

The legend had become such a trend, that many people really started going onto that lane to speed and catch everything on camera and then post them up on Youtube. Many even claims that they really caught what seems like an unknown bright light, chasing after them, sort of in an attempt to make them slow down.

While there were skeptics who doubts the authenticity of the ghost, the police are more concern over the speeding drivers causing a potential threat and danger to pedestrians and other drivers on the road.

The above video is one of such video claimed by a group of guys who claim to have filmed a white light from their rear mirror. And you can hear them screaming away “This is fucking real”.

How real is it? It’s too dark for me to see any ghost in this video, so I won’t say I will believe this 100%. But I do believe in ghosts.
